| I want to help pass Medicaid Expansion in Kansas and do so without allowing a KS Constitutional Amendment to ban abortion. Even though we will receive Federal funding to expand Medicaid, the Republican Senate President refused to allow a Senate vote without attaching the antiabortion amendment. |
